Coming from a lifelong interest in both real and model railroads, we have considerable experience in most facets of the hobby.  We have chosen to  specialize in model layout design, the revamping of model layout track plans in any scale to any track system, graphic  design (control panels, heralds, structure signs, and custom decals) for model railroads, and the construction of structures and rolling stock, both kit  and scratch built.  We will also photograph models and railroads for  publication.

    In additional to  numerous private individuals, our clients have included Bar Mills Scale Modelworks, Railway Design Associates, William K. Walthers, Fine Scale Miniatures, Northeastern Scale Models, South River Modelworks, Surrey Custom  Models, and Maine Trains.  We have worked with custom layout builders including Clarke Dunham Studios, What Detail, Inc, and Steven Lamb Associates.  Examples of our work are on view at the Cincinnati Union Station Museums, Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, the North Creek NY) Railroad, and the the Lionel Trains headquarters.  Our credentials also include a long career of publication.  Our efforts have appeared in Model Railroader, Classic Toy Trains, Railroad Model Craftsman, White River Annuals,Model Railroad Planning, Great Model Railroads, Rail Model Journal, Walthers Magic of Model Railroading, Kalmbach books and bulletins of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA).  We are also certified NMRA photography contest judges and achievement contest judges in the categories of scenery, dioramas, structures, prototype modeling and rolling stock..
